Dear DentTime:
I
am by no means a poor driver, but I think my BMW is
accident prone. It could just be sitting in a parking
lot, minding it's own business and get hit by some
careless driver day after day. Being the neat freak
that I am , it drives me nuts to have imperfections
in my BMW, of which I take such good care of. In my
line of work , which is sales and involves driving
clients around, image and professionalism are jus
as important as the products and services that one
sells.
I appreciate your coming to my office and working
on my car while I was inside getting work done. It
sure beats sitting in a waiting room stressing out
about the work that is piling up while I am away from

just wanted to say thank you so much for your fast
action service. My husband had been gone on a business
trip during the week and as always leaves his car
in the garage in perfect condition. Well, one day
before his return I noticed a dent in the side of
his car about the size of a softball! I immediately
panicked and picked up the phone book and started
dialing for a company who could come out and repair
it. Unfortunately they either said they couldn't do
it because they were too busy. So I called you guys
and in no time, you came over and removed the dent
perfect! I was so impressed that I told my husband

Dent Time experience earlier today. I had an appointment

representative to come out and give me an estimate
on repairing some dents on my vehicle. The representative
was Eugene, and he came out to my place of business
and was early and courteous.
The part of the experience I most appreciated was
Eugene's honesty and
forthrightness in assessing the repairs necessary
on my vehicle. Though he
expressed an ability and willingness to do the repairs,
he had the integrity
to inform me of the possible shortcomings of having
the repairs done by Dent Time (involving the location
of the dent and the fact that the paint was
cracked and I had not noticed) and let me make an
informed decision about
what to do.
Because the car is new and a relatively expensive
model, I elected to have
the work done by a body shop. However, because of
